It is vitally important that you know what we are doing on your behalf. We aim to provide you with more information about what your local Labour councillors and representatives are doing in your community.
We will use a variety of methods such as this website, the Labour Today magazine, news releases, videos and leaflets/posters to keep you up to date and informed of the projects and initiatives we are involved in.
To do this we aim to:
- Use appropriate technology to communicate with local people. We will utilise videos and websites more so you can learn more about what your Labour councillor is doing on your behalf and for Bolsover District.
- Provide more and better information by communicating with local people more regularly. We will keep you informed on issues that you have raised or are of concern to you and provide accurate, up-to-date on services and our priorities.
- Provide more opportunities for you to see and talk to your local Labour councillors. This will be done through Councillor Surgeries or Street Surgeries where you can get advice, talk about issues or problems affecting you and learn more about what is happening in your local neighbourhood.
