The Derbyshire County Council elections take place on Thursday 6 May 2021. Councillor Christine Dale is your current Labour representative for Shirebrook and Pleasley.
Christine has represented you for the past four years on issues like adult care and child care, rebuilding our economy, supporting community projects such as the Shirebrook Colliery Memorial Fund, helping with local groups like the Shirebrook Neighbourhood Allotment Group (SNAG) and investing in our young people through new projects to support and develop them.
Christine is at the forefront of representing you, providing strong leadership, vehemently opposing budget cuts on essential care services, voicing your concerns on specific issues and guiding many residents through some very difficult times. Her passion and drive in representing and growing the communities of Shirebrook and Pleasley is there for all to see as she continually volunteers and assists many community groups throughout her ward.
